Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, birth date, or other term entered in a search tool is transmitted directly to the outside company that provides that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Nevada County Warrant Records does not retain or record those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When a visitor sends an email, the message is retained as needed to prepare and deliver a response. It is kept within the operating team and is not disclosed beyond the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Technical information is generated when the website serves a page. Server and service records may include:
- The referring website, when one is supplied
- Page-view dates and times
- Device type and operating system
- Browser type and version
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The device's assigned IP address
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device. They and analytics services help produce combined information about visits, such as popular pages and points where visitors leave. A browser can be configured to reject cookies, although blocking them may change how some website functions behave.
What We Do With This Data
- Diagnose errors and other technical problems
- Operate the website and maintain reasonable loading performance
- Present advertising that may reflect visitor interests
- Route submitted search terms to the appropriate outside provider
- Understand which materials visitors use and which need improvement
No Warrant Data on File
Nevada County Warrant Records does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of warrants or personal warrant information. It publishes general directions for locating records through the Nevada County Sheriff's Office, Nevada County District Court, the Circuit Court for the Eighth North Judicial Circuit, the Nevada County Circuit Clerk, and Search ARCourts. Arkansas has no verified public statewide active-warrant portal. The website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or records about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside businesses operate the search tools displayed on the website. Information submitted through a tool is governed by that provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider decides how it retains, processes, and shares submitted data, and Nevada County Warrant Records does not control those choices. Visitors should read the applicable provider policy before entering a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Nevada County Sheriff's Office, Arkansas courts, public case portals, legal-aid resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's privacy terms apply. Review those terms before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own technology to follow activity across websites and select targeted advertisements. Any such tracking occurs through provider systems, not systems controlled by Nevada County Warrant Records.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal information is not sold. Depending on how the website is used, information may be available to:
- Government or law-enforcement bodies responding to a valid legal demand
- Advertising networks that place advertisements
- Outside search providers that process visitor queries
- Analytics vendors used to measure traffic and performance
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, commonly used safeguards are applied to information under the website operator's control. No internet transmission, connected service, or storage system is entirely secure, however. Accordingly, absolute protection against unauthorized access or a data breach cannot be guaranteed.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If information from a minor is identified, a request may be made for its prompt deletion.
Your Data Rights
Rights may vary with the visitor's location and applicable privacy or consumer-protection law. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Ark. Code Ann. ยง 25-19-101 et seq., governs access to qualifying Arkansas government records, including records held by public custodians in Prescott, but it does not govern private visitor data held by this website. At a minimum, a visitor may:
- Object to certain forms of processing
- Request deletion of personal data
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Request a copy of personal information held about them
Updates to This Policy
This privacy policy may be revised. A revised version becomes available on this page, together with a changed effective date. Visitors who wish to remain informed about data practices should review the current version periodically.
